This was my second time participating in the Aikido Bridge program coordinated by Hiroshi Ikeda Sensei in San Diego.

Hiroshi Ikeda Sensei came up with the idea of organizing yearly seminars like this so Aikido practitioners from everywhere can get an opportunity to learn from the skill, expertise, and specific characteristics of instructors who have spent much of their lives studying and teaching. Each instructor has his own forte, and taking the time and effort to attend seminars like these helps us open our eyes and our mind to absorb additional knowledge that is ever so important if we wish to continue advancing in this vast martial art of love.

I feel extremely honored and grateful that Hiroshi Ikeda Sensei had provided me with an opportunity to share what little bit of experience and knowledge I had to those who were in the seminar. It is my hope that the participants enjoyed the techniques I was showing. I honestly welcome any ideas and comments that would help me be a better instructor to my students.
